We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve welcomed Lenette Posada Howard to Think of Us as our first Chief Operating Officer! Joining a leadership team with deep cross-sector experiences in child welfare programs & policy and government & nonprofit management, Lenette brings a new lens to our work: she’s been at the helm of several tech companies during phases of hypergrowth and product innovation. Her extensive 20-year background in building and scaling Operations and People teams aligns perfectly with our goals for the next chapter. We aim to expand our team and take on more high-impact projects, making her an excellent addition to our team.

Prior to joining Think of Us, Lenette served as an Operations Executive at Niantic, where she focused on driving operational excellence, culture-building, leadership effectiveness, and mergers & acquisitions. Her additional career successes include leading operations of the team developing Pokemon GO, the fastest-growing mobile game ever, which reached $100 million in revenue within 20 days of launch, and serving on the original executive team that spun out of Google In 2015 with $35 million in Series-A funding. She also helped build Keyhole, Inc., which was later acquired by Google and became what is now Google Earth. 

Reporting directly to Jess Skylar, Managing Partner, Lenette will lead all key internal operational functions at Think of Us, including Finance, People, Engineering, and Compliance. We’re excited for the work ahead!
