Mental Health Coaching

We’ve partnered with MindRight to offer current and former foster youth (ages 13-25) trial of text-message-based mental health coaching services. MindRight will work to match you with a coach you are comfortable with - providing a culturally responsive, judgement-free zone where you can get meaningful mental health support.

It’s easy to enroll - text “HELLO” to 886-886. When asked for a referral code, text “COVID19TOU”. Slots are limited to the first 400 people who sign up, so apply as soon as possible.

Support Groups

We’ve partnered with Pace to provide virtual mental health support groups - because we’re all going through something. Resource parents/kinship caregivers, young parents with lived experience in foster care and youth with lived experience in foster care can be a part of small groups, handpicked for your life and led by amazing facilitators.
